I had the best time painting this mural in the kids section at my favorite library! The little voices and oohhs and aahhs just melted my heart. Thank you Cathy and Lynn and the Mount Dora Community Trust for this amazingly fun project! Go check out this fabulous place. 3 murals now and counting… More forest animals around the new kid section to come at the end of summer…..
I have totally fallen in love with watercolor artist Ali Cavanaugh’s work. Check out her new book; Modern Fresco Paintings. They are the juiciest paintings of her kids and their friends. Love love love. So I have done mine! The Team Mate and Backyard Solo. Let’s see if I can get in Florida Watercolor with these? To be continued….

Drawing and Painting on Mixed Media Collage 2 Day Workshop at McRae Art Studios, Orlando, FL
April 13-14, 2019, Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm
I am adding a new element to my 2D Mixed Media workshop which involves gelli plates, stamping and monoprinting on papers and fabrics in addition to working with collage! We will have all this fun on the first day of the workshop and then spend the second day learning to draw and paint over those pieces. My workshop is designed for one on one time with each student and absolutely all levels are welcomed!
Finally got to see my piece hanging at the Orlando Public Library for the Women in Arts Show. Thank you again Maria and the Women in Arts Committee!
